Community Event: TN Diabetes Prevention Program State Engagement Meeting

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) and the CDC will be facilitating a Diabetes Prevention State Engagement Meeting (StEM)- A Collective Impact Approach for Tennessee to be held  March 21-22, 2018 at the Drury Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily and included lunch. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. daily. The purpose of StEM is to assist state health departments in the engagement and expansion of a network of key stakeholders and leaders to develop and implement a Tennessee DPP Action Plan that builds on the state’s strengths and identifies opportunities for scaling and sustaining the National DPP.
