Perspectives on King v. Burwell

The webinar will feature Lyle Denniston, SCOTUS Press Corps Dean, in a discussion facilitated by Dick Cowart, Chair, Health Law and Public Policy Department, Baker Donelson.
The pair will explore the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court King v. Burwell case. This landmark case will focus on the legality of extending subsidies to purchase coverage on federal insurance exchanges. With more than five decades covering the Supreme Court, Denniston will share his firsthand knowledge to provide insight on the procedures of the court and perspectives on the justices.

This webinar is complimentary to Council members. Upon registration completion, log in details will be sent. Registration closes Monday, February 16.
