Paul Keckley is managing editor of The Keckley Report, a weekly blog covering health industry trends and issues, a health care futurist, investor and entrepreneur. Keckley brings extensive health care industry experience having worked in the private sector, academic medicine and as an investor.

Keckley has authored three books and more than 300 articles and served as the facilitator between the White House Office of Health Reform and major health industry trade associations as private sector input was sought in the passage of the Affordable Care Act. He is a columnist for Hospitals and Health Networks and a frequent contributor on health industry trends to Fox News, CNN, TheWall Street Journal and TheNew York Times.

Previously, Keckley served as a executive director for the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions in Washington, D.C. He’s also served as executive director at the Vanderbilt Center for Evidence-based Medicine, CEO of EBM Solutions, Inc., CEO of PhyCor Management Corporation, and CEO of InterDent.

Keckley serves on the board of Tivity Health, Inc., and as an advisor to the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, Western Governors University, NorthTide Capital, JP Morgan, American Academy for Physician Leadership and the American Hospital Association. He is a member of the Health Executive Leadership Network, Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Nashville Health Care Council.

Keckley holds a bachelor’s degree from  Lipscomb University and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
