Showcasing Partnerships for Prosperous, Livable and Healthy Communities

Please plan to join U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Acting Assistant Secretary for Health Dr. Karen DeSalvo, state and local leaders for Public Health 3.0 on Tuesday, June 14.

The Public Health 3.0 vision challenges business and community leaders, lawmakers, and policymakers to incorporate health into all areas of governance. It encourages business and non-health sectors to engage in community health, and for public health professionals to take on more dynamic roles as civic leaders and all to participate in policy and decision-making processes that will impact population health outcomes.

Nashville has been selected among five cities nationwide where Secretary DeSalvo will share the Public Health 3.0 vision by showcasing collaborative partnerships for prosperous, livable and healthy communities.

More information will be added as it becomes available.
