Schlacter is the vice president of program development and director of Fellows for the Nashville Health Care Council. In her role, Schlacter oversees thought leadership on behalf of the organization to develop distinct offerings for the Council’s 300 high-level corporate members.
She also directs the Fellows, an annual initiative that engages select industry executives to explore solutions to meet the challenges facing the U.S. health care system. Founded by Senator Bill Frist, M.D., Fellows convenes the nation’s top leaders to explore innovative business strategies, create value and bring meaningful change.
A member of the Council team since 2012, Schlacter brings significant understanding of the complex issues facing health care organizations and the need for collaborative leadership.
A Nashville native, Schlacter is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
