DE&I Overview

Our members and leaders are engaged in this advocacy because we believe it is right, it is necessary and it is overdue. The Nashville Health Care Council recognizes the importance of enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion within healthcare and patient care, through its large corporate membership, the NHCC Fellows and Leadership Healthcare.

For the international impact and sector at large, this work will provide hiring and investment advantages and fuel our growth and success.

Updating Gender, Race & Ethnicity Information

Our team has already begun work in compiling ethnic and gender information, through outreach to our member organizations and on our own platforms. Collecting this information empowers us to understand our current engagement demographics and identify specific areas for improvement.
