How are Council Fellows selected and placed?

The Council Fellows class features approximately 30 industry executives and esteemed thought leaders from various sectors within healthcare. When building each Fellows class, we are looking for a strong cross-section of candidates representing a mix of diverse experiences from varying subsectors of the healthcare industry. Our Selection Committee prioritizes candidate experience working directly in a healthcare setting and/or experience in a role that impacts care delivery, care management or funding in the industry.  To create a class with diverse perspectives, the candidate’s current role, organization, and experience are considered.

Consider the following questions when applying:

  • In what ways can my company and I contribute to strengthening and elevating Nashville as The Healthcare City?
  • Is my expertise relevant and additive to the learnings of other Council Fellows participants?
