Leadership Health Care (LHC) is pleased to announce Baxter Lee as the scholarship recipient for the 10-Year Anniversary Delegation to Washington, D.C.

Baxter is a Director of Corporate Development with Emdeon, where he is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic relationships. He is also pursuing an Executive MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

The 10th consecutive Delegation to Washington, D.C. runs from March 21-22 and is one of LHC’s signature programs. The delegation scholarship enhances LHC’s efforts to cultivate the talent and potential of Nashville’s emerging health care leaders.

Baxter, along with 100 other delegates, will have the opportunity to expand his contacts and knowledge through first-hand interactions with leading health care policy experts. The trip will include industry perspectives on key components of health care reform, discussions on federal reimbursements and budget issues, and expert views on the likely outcomes and industry impact of both the March Supreme Court hearing on reform and the November elections.

Registration for the 2012 LHC Delegation to D.C. is still open. Learn more or sign up now.
