Clay Richards
CEO, naviHealth
Clay Richards joined naviHealth upon its founding in January 2012. As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic vision and the leadership of the organization. Since its founding in 2012, naviHealth has grown to over 1,100 colleagues nationwide and serves clients in 48 states.
Prior to joining naviHealth, Richards served as both senior vice president and general counsel at Healthways, Inc. He has a passion for community service and serves on several nonprofit boards in the Greater Nashville area.
Richards received his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from the University of Mississippi.
