In today’s behavioral health climate, the way patients think about and engage with their providers is rapidly evolving. With the 2020 pandemic having a major influence in a shift towards telehealth, many consumers are now opting to engage with their providers virtually for a variety of reasons including convenience, comfort, and cost. As a result, however, behavioral health providers are encountering new and unprecedented patient challenges such as telehealth prescribing and equally effective virtual care.
During this conversation, attendees will establish a foundational knowledge on what this recent shift in the consumerization of behavioral health means for industry stakeholders and remaining focused on patient safety, access to care, and improved outcomes.
