Meet The LHC Board with Duncan Allen (Vice President of OneOncology)

Duncan Allen joined OneOncology in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Services. With a passion for improving cancer outcomes and quality, Allen oversees all clinical business units of OneOncology, a provider network with over 400+ oncology providers across 150 clinical sites in 6 states. 

Prior to OneOncology, Allen spent six years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as Administrative Officer, Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center with responsibility for multiple service lines. While at Vanderbilt Allen focused on the development of  multiple novel clinical programs in cellular therapy and radioligand therapy. Allen is an alumnus of the Vanderbilt Administrative Fellowship Program.

Allen received his BA and Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to his board seat, Allen currently serves as chair of the Education committee at Leadership Health Care. Previously Allen served as the co-chair of the Heart Gala Late Party for the American Heart Association-Middle Tennessee. Allen has also been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee since 2015.
