Leadership Health Care (LHC) is pleased to announce Brooks Daverman as the scholarship recipient for the 2011 Leadership Health Care Delegation to Washington, D.C.
As an associate with the State of Tennessee’s Insurance Exchange Planning Initiative, Brooks is involved in researching all aspects of the insurance exchange implementation mandated by the Patient Protect and Affordable Care Act and the related policy options available to Tennessee.
Brooks and other delegates will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the health care reform law and other federal health care policy issues at the 2011 LHC Delegation to D.C. through access to members of Congress, Administration officials, national policy advisors and other thoughtleaders.
LHC is an initiative of the Nashville Health Care Council offering unique development programs such as the signature visit to the nation’s capital. The delegation scholarship enhances LHC’s efforts to cultivate the talent and potential of Nashville’s emerging health care leaders.
