The Nashville Health Care Council is pleased to announce the addition of three new staff members and a staff promotion.
Hayley Hovious will serve as executive director for Council Fellows, an initiative designed to engage select senior industry executives to explore new business strategies and meet the challenges facing the U.S. health care system in the years ahead. In this capacity, she will collaborate with the Fellows co-directors and advisory committee to establish strategic goals, curriculum design and execution, recruitment and marketing and communications. Hovious will also oversee the Fellows Alumni program. She previously served as trade director at the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and as a brand manager of Gallo Winery in Modesto, Calif. A Nashville native, Hovious earned a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and a MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
Honey Hopkins has joined the team as administrative assistant. In this role, she is responsible for the Council’s front office activities and will provide administrative and event support to Council staff. Prior to this role, Hopkins served as director of the Music City Music Council and as executive assistant, economic development, at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Molly Vice was recently hired as program manager. In this role, she manages the planning and execution of events for Leadership Health Care (LHC), an initiative of the Council dedicated to nurturing the talents of Nashville’s next generation of health care industry leaders. Before joining the Council, Vice served as event manager for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and was part of the start-up team for Scout Properties, serving as client relations and office manager. A Kentucky native, Vice holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and tourism from the University of Kentucky.
Additionally, Jenni Bradley has been promoted to director of Talent Development. In this role, she will oversee the Council’s activities to offer unique education and networking for individuals rising in their careers within the health care industry. This includes the Council’s signature 800-member LHC initiative. Bradley previously served as LHC director. Before joining the Council, Bradley worked in Washington, D.C., in positions at the U.S. Department of Education, the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence and the office of Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr.
