Nashville Health Care Council Welcomes Inaugural Member Engagement Manager

NASHVILLE, Tenn. June 17, 2024 – The Nashville Health Care Council proudly announces the appointment of Drew Carpenter as its inaugural Member Engagement Manager. This strategic addition to the Council’s team is designed to support increased market share and engage Council members including the young professionals program, Leadership Health Care (LHC)

In his new role, Carpenter will be responsible for prospecting new members while also engaging early to mid-level careerist within the LHC program. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with Council members, stakeholders, and investors.   

The addition of a Member Engagement Manager is a testament to the Council’s commitment to growth and enhancing its impact. “As our member engagement team grows, the Council look forward to deepening our relationships within our member organizations by engaging leaders at all levels through our powerful programs and delivering more value to our members and more impact to the Nashville healthcare community,” said Molly Vice Carney

Before joining the Council, Carpenter completed a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management at Middle Tennessee State University. He then spent three years with Association and Organization Solutions as their Director of Strategic Growth. 

“I look forward to engaging with many premier companies and industry leaders in the pursuit of maintaining Nashville’s status as the Healthcare City,” said Drew Carpenter. “Expanding our member engagement team allows us to better support our members and extend our footprint across the nation.”
