Clay Hatton serves as the Program Manager at the Nashville Health Care Council. He is responsible for content development, membership engagement, and board and committee management within Leadership Health Care, an initiative of the Council to cultivate the talent of emerging health care professionals.
Prior to joining the Council, Clay worked as a Program Coordinator at Onsite Workshops where he facilitated administrative and logistical aspects of in-person and online programming. Clay began his career serving as the Administration Assistant for Spirit Music Nashville, a music publishing company. Originally from southern Indiana, Clay moved to Nashville in 2015 to attend Belmont University, and in 2018, earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in music business.
