Drew Carpenter

Drew Carpenter serves as the Director of Membership Engagement at the Nashville Healthcare Council, where he is responsible for prospecting new members and fostering relationships with early to mid-level careerists within the LHC program. His role includes building and maintaining strong connections with Council members, stakeholders, and investors to drive growth and collaboration within the healthcare community.

Before joining the Council, Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Middle Tennessee State University. He then spent three years as the Director of Strategic Growth at Association and Organization Solutions, where he successfully led initiatives to expand the organization’s reach and impact

Outside of work, Carpenter is involved in several organizations across Nashville. He currently serves as the President of the Board for the Brass Band of Nashville, a local musical group. Carpenter is also the President of the TriStar Alumni Club, an alumni organization of his undergraduate fraternity- Sigma Pi. He has also recently joined the board for the MTSU Alumni Association.
