Haylee Hattabaugh serves as the Manager, Program & Marketing Operations for the Nashville Health Care Council. In this role, she leads the planning and execution of the Council’s programs and events while supporting marketing operations that strengthen member engagement and organizational visibility. She works across teams and with key stakeholders to bring strategic initiatives to life—ensuring each experience is thoughtful, seamless, and impactful.
Prior to joining the Council, Haylee spent four and a half years at the Greater Nashville Technology Council, where she most recently served as Event & Program Manager, leading professional development programs and large-scale community events for Nashville’s tech ecosystem.
Haylee earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a specialty in Journalism and a minor in Business Administration, from Louisiana State University. She is passionate about creating engaging programs and building meaningful connections within Nashville’s professional community.
