Lydie Marc

Lydie Marc is Vice President of Educational Programming and Talent Development at the Nashville Health Care Council and serves as a member of the organization’s executive team. In this role, she leads leadership development and educational programming initiatives that bring together healthcare executives to foster collaboration, innovation, and meaningful industry impact.

Prior to joining the Council, Marc served as a Performance Improvement Coach at the American Hospital Association, where she partnered with hospitals and health systems nationwide to support quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare transformation initiatives. Her career spans public health, healthcare associations, and community-based organizations, with nearly two decades of experience building partnerships, developing leaders, and bringing stakeholders together to advance innovative solutions that improve access to care.

Marc serves as President-Elect of the Greater Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and is a member of the Siloam Health NextGen Board. She is also a Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.

Marc holds a Master of Public Health in Health Services Policy and Management from the University of South Carolina, a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Georgia Southern University, and a Certificate in Project Management from Georgia State University.
