Molly Vice Carney serves as the Vice President of Member Engagement and Programming where she develops strategies, tactics, and programs to engage members, drives revenue growth and increases market share for the Council and its programs. Molly serves on the Council’s leadership team. She previously served as as the senior director of Leadership Health Care (LHC), an initiative of the Council dedicated to nurturing the talents of Nashville’s next generation of healthcare industry leaders.
Before joining the Council, Molly worked at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce where she served as event manager for four years, and later was part of the start-up team for Scout Properties, serving as client relations and office manager. Molly began her career in Nashville with Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII) International Headquarters where she served as the alumnae development administrator.
A Kentucky native, Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and tourism from the University of Kentucky. She volunteers on the nurture team at Avenue South and serves on the board of the Greater Nashville University of Kentucky Alumni.
