The Nashville area’s first dedicated office park to life sciences, the Cool Springs Life Science Center was the brainchild of BioMimetic Pharmaceutical’s founder, Sam Lynch. His company, which relocated to Nashville from New York in 1999, is the first tenant in the space.
The center provides a world-class bioscience business environment for tenant companies and the entire biotech community.
