Bill Carpenter, chairman and CEO of LifePoint Health, announces his retirement, effective upon the completion of the company’s pending merger with RCCH HealthCare Partners. David Dill, president and COO of LifePoint Health, will assume the role of CEO for LifePoint upon Carpenter’s retirement.
