NASHVILLE – Two Avondale Partners research analysts were recently named among the nation’s top stock analysts according to the 2011 Financial Times (FT) | StarMine Analyst Awards, and one analyst was named among the “Best on the Street” by the Wall Street Journal in its 2011 rankings of the best analysts in the world.
Avondale Director and Senior Research Analyst Kevin Campbell was named the #1 stock picker in the Healthcare Providers and Services Industry by FT | StarMine, an annual ranking of Wall Street’s best brokerage analysts. He was also named “Best on the Street” for his work in the healthcare industry in the Wall Street Journal’s annual ranking.

Each year the Financial Times, in partnership with StarMine, a leading provider of objective ratings of securities analysts, measures analysts’ performance based on the return of their stock recommendations and the accuracy of their earnings estimates. The study is conducted by Thomson Reuters Company.
The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street analysts were selected from a universe of more than 6,800 analysts at more than 575 firms from around the world. The study was conducted by FactSet Research.
