Huy is currently the Vice President, Talent Management and Culture at naviHealth where he leads their efforts in leadership development, talent and succession planning, change management, and diversity equity and inclusion.  Prior to joining naviHealth Huy has held leadership roles at OneOncology, HCA, Asurion and Dell. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is a Nashville native.  His wife is a CRNA at Maury regional and together have 11 year old daughter, 19 year old son, and an English bulldog.
