I acknowledge that the Nashville Health Care Council requires proof of a negative test within the last 72 hours to attend their in-person events. However, a person may volunteer proof of a COVID-19 vaccination without a timely negative test. This is not an attempt to compel proof of vaccination.

Your negative COVID-19 test or volunteered proof of vaccination will need to be shown at the event for access.
