Keith C. Payet is the Chief Executive Officer for
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee. Keith has
over 19 years’ of experience
in the Healthcare Managed Care
industry specializing in programs for the
underserved and underprivileged. He
has held many leadership roles in Government Programs, Operations and
Compliance.  He began his
career as a Health Care
Investigator for the Capital District Physician’s Health
Plan of Albany, New
York. He was
the Chief Compliance
Officer for HHH Choices
a Long Term
Care, an LTSS, Medicare Advantage and Fully Integrated Dual Eligible (FIDE) plan. He also, served
as the Chief Operating Officer for Integra a
Managed Care
organization with leadership responsibility
for both the Long Term Care
and FIDE programs. Most recently, Keith served as the Executive Director of the CHOICES Long Term Services and Supports program.  
Keith holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in
Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Plattsburgh State University
and a Graduate
Certificate in Not-for-Profit
Management from The College of St. Rose.
